Online and Social Sweepstakes: Additional Rules 

These Additional Rules, together with the Official General Rules at https://www.evercommerce.com/sweepstakes-contests-rules/ (“General Rules”), govern the Promotion defined below to be conducted by EverCommerce, Inc., EverCommerce Solutions, Inc. and/or its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively “EverCommerce” or “Company” or “Sponsor”).  These Additional Rules will prevail in the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the General Rules and the terms and conditions of the Additional Rules. By entering, you explicitly agree to these Additional Rules and to the General Rules governing EverCommerce promotions. 

PROMOTION:  CertainPath Spring Partner Jam Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) 

SPONSOR: pulseM+Customer Lobby is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Any questions relating to this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor. 

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.   

Employees, officers and directors of Company, its advertising and promotional agencies, and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for this Sweepstakes. 

PROMOTION PERIOD:  The Sweepstakes begins at 8 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 27, 2025, and ends at 8 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).  

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit Sponsor’s booth in the Exhibit Hall at the Event during regular operating hours of the Exhibit Hall, scan the QR code on the table top banner, and complete the entry form with your name, company name, e-mail address, and mailing address, and click “Submit.” 

Limit one entry per individual during the entire Promotion Period.  Entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period.  Any other form of entry is void. 

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) in a random drawing held by March 30, 2025 from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Potential winners will be notified via e-mail. 

PRIZE: Amazon Giftcard, approximate retail value $100. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By registering to participate in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to the General Rules and these Additional Rules.
