  • Someone that got their degree in Computer Science and/or took internships with companies to increase their software development experience. They now might have 1-7 years of experience under their belt and looking for a place they can grow without borders in an environment that keeps them busy with new and exciting challenges.
  • Someone that wants to work in a Facebook or Google-esque environment closer to when those companies were starting. They like the idea of developing new and trending technologies for a rapidly growing software company.
  • Likes not having a dress code, working in a modern office with rising desks, a new Mac laptop day one with multiple screens, and on a team of developers equally passionate about technology and developing a great product.
  • Design and development of web platforms using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Actively take part in new development of a variety of state-of-the-art web-based development initiatives.
  • Dynamically adapting our products to meet our customer’s concerns and requests.
  • Define and analyze metrics that allows us to measure platform usage and user experience.
  • Create a weekly report of this data and visualize quarterly goals.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute development that brings together our technology with our customer’s business needs. Outside-the-box thinker that executes what they envision. Someone that is ‘into’ technology and has a hunger to continually learn and grow, to fully realize their potential.
  • Javascript expertise.
  • HTML/CSS expertise.
  • Experienced developing web applications.
  • Experience with React.
  • Ability to design a user experience for users with a varying level of technical skill.
  • Ability to translate business goals into UX with analytics measurement plans.
  • They should be able to communicate findings, improvements, and goals to the rest of the team in a way that shapes our development culture to be more user-centered.
  • Passionate, and able to take pride in their work while also being able to take criticisms constructively.
  • Balances the importance of doing things correctly the first time while keeping development timelines and goals.
  • UI/UX Testing. Selenium, saucelabs, ghost inspector or an equivalent tool that is capable of automated testing of all major browsers.
  • Experience with Python/Flask or other web development frameworks.
  • Experience with frameworks for building native mobile applications. (React Native, Ionic, or other).
