The Business Development Manager is an ambitious, driven and hard-working sales professional that has the ability to generate interest and close sales based on that interest. They can relate to people’s needs as well as generate and drive meaningful conversations. They quickly become an expert on our product and maintain that expert knowledge as our product grows. They are a natural and working hard, being successful, and capitalizing on a great opportunity.

  • After becoming an expert on our product, you’ll be highly capable of executing and delivering full product demos to prospective customers.
  • You’ll be able to reach out to target prospects, navigate through hurdles, and close decision-makers.
  • You use your expert organization skills to track and follow up with prospects, you identify hot buttons through conversation, and customize conversations based on needs. You are a quick thinker and a self-starter.
  • You’ll take part in Sales & Marketing company meetings and strategize new and inventive ways to further expand our rapidly growing business.
  • You take on and execute on one or more marketing functions (see ‘Marketing Components’ below).
  • You’re extremely hard-working, competitive, and ambitious by nature, and you enjoy capitalizing on opportunities.

In addition to their primary sales responsibilities, this person will also carry ownership of one or more marketing functions. Examples could include social media content creation, social media marketing, Facebook Ads, digital content creation, graphic design, email marketing campaigns, forming channel sales and strategic alliances, onsite event management and strategy, etc.
